Customer(s) can purchase "Sailor Digital Gift Voucher(s)" on sailor.clothing by making advance payments through their preferred payment method. These voucher(s) can be used to purchase Sailor products at Sailor outlets nationwide. Here are the terms and conditions for redeeming the vouchers.  

1. Sailor will provide the gift voucher's activation code to the digital voucher card redeemer's mobile number. Also, a confirmation email will be sent to the Voucher card purchaser within 48 hours after full payment.

2. The digital gift voucher(s)'s validity will be for 60 days after its activation.

3. Customers can purchase more than one Sailor product by redeeming his/her every single digital gift voucher through a single invoice.

4. Customers cannot redeem more than one purchased gift voucher jointly in a single invoice/transaction. Every single gift voucher must be redeemed in every single transaction/invoice.

5. Sailor digital gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Sailor physical stores across Bangladesh.

6. This voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

7. When customer(s) purchase a Sailor Digital Gift Voucher with a special offer, it's only valid for buying products at their regular prices, not for items that are already discounted.

8. Customer(s) must provide their contact information, including their billing and shipping mobile number, in order to redeem Sailor digital gift voucher.

9. If the product(s) price is higher than the actual voucher value, customers must pay the difference in cash, mobile banking, or debit/credit card at the store.

10. Regular holidays and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation hours timeline.

11. The Gift Voucher Code must be used fully in a single transaction. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Voucher. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Voucher, an extra amount can be paid in cash or card, or MFS. But if there's any remaining amount from the Gift Voucher that can't be claimed as Cash or any other financial form.

12. Sailor digital gift voucher(s) can be redeemed only once. If any remaining balance is available after redeeming any gift voucher, in that case, the remaining balance of the voucher will not be refunded under any circumstances.
